TOUR ITINERARY:
🦁 DAY 1: FULL-DAY SAFARI IN THE WILDERNESS
— Early morning transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport
06:00 – Domestic flight to Selous / Nyerere Game Reserve
06:30 – Arrival at Mtemere Airstrip, just minutes from the park entrance
07:00 – Start your full-day 4x4 safari adventure
Explore the heart of the African savannah and its wild residents — elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hippos, and crocodiles. One of the last untouched wildlife sanctuaries in Africa.
10:30 – Coffee or tea break — right in the bush
12:30 – Picnic lunch in a scenic area of the park, with views of waterholes or sweeping plains
15:00–17:00 – Continue your game drive along new safari routes
17:00 – Transfer to the lodge and check-in. Dinner and overnight stay

🐾 DAY 2: WALKING SAFARI, LOCAL CULTURE & BOAT EXPEDITION
Morning:
— Breakfast at the lodge
— Walking safari with an armed ranger: explore trails through savannah and woodland, tracking animals by footprint, sound, and instinct. A raw and unforgettable encounter with nature.
13:00 – Hot lunch back at the lodge followed by time to relax
15:00 – Cultural village visit: discover local traditions, homes, and crafts. Meet local people and learn about their daily life and customs
— Afterwards, enjoy a boat safari on the Rufiji River: see hippos, crocodiles, water birds and soak in a magical sunset from the water

✈️ DAY 3: RETURN TO ZANZIBAR
